About the Machine
The MG2 is a high pressure homogeniser that supports pressures up to 1,400 bar and capacities from 40 up to 1,200 liters/hour. The fully sanitary design utilises a minimum of parts and seals, which makes it fully sanitary and suitable for C.I.P. This machine is especially designed for testing purposes or producing small batches.

Technical Features
Cilinder Block Single piece precision from forged stainless steel. Standard utilised with spring loaded plunger packings with integrated water cooling. Valves & seats are made out of Rexalloy. For all parts other options are available to meet your specific product or process requirements.
Homogenising Valve Find the perfect valve for your product. Choose from a variety of designs, materials, such as Rexalloy, Tungsten Carbide, Ceramic or Diamond coating, and our one or two stage options.
Drive End Our unique concept offers a quiet running machine with low eccentric shaft speeds. The electric driven oil pump lubricates all bearings, allowing capacity variation between 30- 100% under full load. Use the crossheads to adjust the self aligning ball joint bearings.
The homogenising pressure can be adjusted manually with a handwheel or through a hydraulic system which also allows a completely automatic pressure control. The two stage homogenising valve shows a hand-operated assembly with a plug type valve in the first stage and a pilot valve in the second stage. Spherical valves our standard execution, high efficient and low noise. These valves are spring loaded, suitable for processing viscose and moderate abrasive products. Ball valves this option is well known for abrasive products or fluids with hard solid parts.
